Here at Fusion, we are committed to doing our part for the environment. As a company, we have compiled an Environmental Strategy we adhere to and review regularly to ensure it remains relevant and aligned with our values. All new employees are also informed about it during training. It considers waste and emissions, the impact of our operations, and applicable legislation.

Our Community

We are committed to making a positive impact on the community around us. We partner with Business in the Community and are always looking for new opportunities to get involved with local businesses, community groups and projects, and charities; we encourage our staff to do the same. For example, we offer spaces on our MHFA courses to charities for free.

Our employees are among our most valuable assets, and we pride ourselves on the support and benefits we offer, such as access to physical and mental health professionals, a wide variety of discounts, company challenges, and access to wellbeing resources through Fuse AI. We regularly conduct check ins to make sure the support we provide is relevant and needed.
